Went back to play Castlevania....

So I went back to play Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse on the NES. I haven't played that game for a while and boy, did it remind me how hard it was. I was playing as Trevor and going through the Clock Tower to get Grant and those Medusa Heads kept knocking me off the gears and killing me. Ugh, it took me several tries to actually start beating the stage and I finally got Grant. The Mad Forest (which has an awesome soundtrack btw) was much, much easier with Grant. I especially hate that owl section with Trevor, but since Grant is agile and mobile, the owl section became much easier since I was able to kill the owls before they really started attacking me. Castlevania III: Dracula's Curse is definitely the hardest Castlevania game on the NES and it rivals games such as Ninja Gaiden, Kid Icarus, and Metroid in difficulty. Well, I'm off to play some more Castlevania III and hopefully get Alucard or else the Skeleton Snake boss will be difficult. See you until then.
